Why would you want to navigate a Revolutionary War-era submarine in the East River? Of all the water ways in the area, that seems like the most…foul. Perhaps we’ll learn more but Gothamist located artist/patriot Duke Riley’s Flickr page on the project. He’s got a website, too.
